This project is the total restoration of a 1963 fixed-head coupe monocoque shell and bonnet. This car was originally exported to Germany and is left-hand drive. The shell is in very poor condition, and is going to need “the works” – so stop back often for an in-depth look of a very involved shell restoration.

Blasted!

We sandblasted the shell the week between Christmas and New Years – that’s how far behind I am on posts! Take a look at how she looks now:
