{"id":3411,"date":"2012-08-11T15:40:19","date_gmt":"2012-08-11T19:40:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.monocoque-metalworks.com\/main\/?p=3411"},"modified":"2015-02-18T13:13:57","modified_gmt":"2015-02-18T18:13:57","slug":"series-2-e-type-ots-converted-to-series-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.monocoque-metalworks.com\/main\/2012\/08\/series-2-e-type-ots-converted-to-series-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Series 2 E-Type OTS converted to Series 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Earlier this Summer, we drove up to Connecticut to pick up a very solid Series 2 roadster shell (see earlier blog posting titled &#8220;The latest adventure&#8221;.\u00a0 The tub needed to be converted to Series 1 specs, but also turned out to need a little rust repair as well &#8211; speaker holes crudely cut into the rear bulkead of roadsters.
